Breath is the focus of this class as we weave slow, mindful movement with the mind and an exploration of the shapes of each asana (posture). Variations are given for students to take asanas to their own level of challenge. Vinyasa movement will be blended with static holds and various challenging poses are introduced with clear instruction. Students are encouraged and empowered to listen to their breath and honor their body while moving through each sequence. Expect a creative class that challenges you to listen deeply to the connection between your body, breath and mind.
