CLASS LEVELS

INTRO TO YOGA  - Designed for beginners and those new to yoga. Emphasis is placed on foundational standing poses and alignment details.

ALL LEVELS - Variations are given for students to take poses to their own level of challenge. Vinyasa movement will be blended with static holds and challenging poses are introduced with clear instruction.

LEVEL 1-2 - A class for those students who have some knowledge of yoga or awareness of their body. A 1-2 level class aims to master the fundamentals and principles of forward folds, backbends, and twists while starting your deeper understanding of yoga. Appropriate for all skill levels.

LEVEL 1-3 - All levels welcome. Variations are given for students to take poses to their own level of challenge. Vinyasa movement will be blended with static holds and challenging poses are introduced with clear instruction.

LEVEL 2-3 - A vigorous class which builds heat and stamina through sun salutations and standing poses. Creative and stimulating, these classes include the vinyasa form and more challenging postures incorporating strength and flexibility. Prior yoga experience recommended.

RESTORATIVE -  Appropriate for all students. This class can really benefit those with an active lifestyle or those who are healing from injury or illness.
