CLASSES

Pranic Hatha Yoga classes emphasize the yoking of the dualistic energies of the body. Expect a class that will emphasize the energetic aspect of yoga, as well as the physical.

Pranic Hatha Yoga Includes the practice of:

  • vinyasa (movement and breath)
  • pranayama (regulation of vital breath)
  • meditation (absorption of consciousness)
  • mudra (energetic expression)
  • dristi (inner and outer focus)

VINYASA  Vinyasa classes link the movement of the body to the breath and allow the student to delve deeper into the connection between body, breath and mind. This vinyasa style movement will be complemented by alignment instruction and an opportunity to hold poses for added benefit and deeper exploration.   more »
