This asana guide is designed to supplement your own experience of the yoga practice and to encourage you to explore each pose in its entirety. There are often many confusing and conflicting intrepretations of yoga and yoga alignment. We encourage you to uncover your own truth and to feel in your body what that is.
The ideas we present are based on our own exploration and that of the students and teachers we have worked with over the years. This resource will be dynamic in its growth and evolution - we will continuiously add and modify information as experience and learning continues.
